The main goal of varnishing is to visually highlight the varnished surface, give them special appearance and protect from mechanical damage, such as rubbing or scratching.

Depending on the type of used varnish, various surface finishes can be obtained - not only glossy, satin or matt, but also ideally flat, rough or even textured. Proper configuration of the offset machine and use of special varnishes (drip-off or twin) lets you achieve two different effects in one passage, e.g. gloss and matt or gloss and texture. A much wider range of effects can be achieved with UV varnishes for screen printing.

Our offer includes an extensive range of varnishes manufactured by renowned producers, whose extensive experience in manufacturing varnishes and high quality of products guarantee the satisfaction of hundreds of customers in Poland and all over the world.

Water-based varnishes

The key advantages of dispersion varnishes are the ease of application through various techniques, low odor and negligible environmental impact. From economic perspective, the product's particularly important advantage is very quick curing that makes it possible to promptly commence post-press processing.

Oil-based varnishes

Despite the dynamic growth of the market of dispersion and UV varnishes, oil-based offset varnishes still hold a prominent place. Such varnishes are based on plant or mineral oils. They are mainly used for protecting packaging and labels against mechanical damage.
